Christmas Poinsettia Orders

Trinity Ladies Aid will again decorate the church sanctuaries with poinsettias for Christmas. The cost of the poinsettias is $15. This Thursday, the 2025 Thanksgiving Day offering (special Thanksgiving envelopes and cash) will be forwarded to support the Building Campaign for Springfield Lutheran High School.
|
|
As most of you know, Springfield Lutheran High School has been forced to relocate to temporary facilities due to mine subsidence at their Washington Street campus. And they have purchased a new parcel of land on which to build a new building and facilities for the continued mission of providing a Christian education to the youth of our area.
|
|
Trinity has traditionally furthered its ministry by sharing the Thanksgiving Day offering with other Christian ministries and the church at large.
|
|

Ladies Special Bible Study: Lessons and Carols
|
|
Ladies come celebrate Christmas in our one December night Ladies Bible Study: Lessons and Carols! It will be on December 4th from 6:30pm to 8:30pm at the Parish Hall. We will have a small Christmas party with drinks and treats while finding out the history of some beloved Christmas carols. Come sing along and have some fun!

MomCo Christmas Party

MomCo is hosting a play Christmas party on December 7th at Teeter Tots & Tumblers! Moms, bring your kids and play from 3-5pm. There will be treats available! This is replacing all other MomCo meetings for December.

The Central Illinois District encourages its congregations to invite their members to contribute one dollar per member per week for missions, in addition to their ordinary offerings. This kind of over-and-above giving is called “A Dollar for Missions” (DFM).
