We also have a few vacant board positions which can be filled by nominations from the floor. Please contact President John Boehme (217-414-0915) if you are a voter who is willing to fill one of these positions. Elections will be followed by administrative and board reports.

Vicar Good's Ordination and Installation

We are very happy to announce that Vicar Timothy Good will be ordained and installed as a Trinity Lutheran Church Associate Pastor on January 18 at 3:00pm at the Downtown Campus. There will be a small reception for him after the service in the fellowship area of the church. We have been looking forward to this and now we have a chance to show him how much we appreciate him and all of the hard work that he has put into becoming our Pastor. Let's show him our appreciation with a card shower. Write a note of thanks, encouragement, or a prayer to celebrate his next step in the ministry. We hope to see everyone there to celebrate this special occasion.

Wednesday Night Prayer Service

The Wednesday night prayer service and discipleship will begin again on January 7th. The adult group will be studying Luther's Large Catechism through the end of May.
