GriefShare: a support/recovery group for people dealing with the death of a family member or friend. GriefShare is a safe, welcoming place where people understand the emotions of grief. You’ll learn what to expect and how to navigate your grief. You’ll learn helpful ways of coping with grief and gain support each step of the way. Topics such as loneliness, anxiety, sadness, anger, managing emotions and regret; coping with changes in your life and relationships; how to recognize what’s normal in grief.  At 13 weekly GriefShare meetings, you will view videos featuring counselors, teachers, and healthcare professionals on grief-related topics. You will receive a workbook filled with valuable exercises for navigating grief. Please join us Tuesdays, starting 9/1/26 for 13 weeks at Trinity Parish Hall, 515 S MacArthur, Springfield, 6-8pm. Wednesday Night Discipleship (at 6:00, following the Evening Prayer service which is at 5:30): Dr. Schurb will teach "An Introduction to the Augsburg Confession and Apology." This 13-week study will begin to familiarize participants with the most foundational 16^th century Lutheran confessional writing, the Augsburg Confession, and its masterful defense ("apology") published the following year.

This should be set up the same as Tuesday Morning Bible Study.

Women With Mission meets September - November, and January - April on the first Monday of the month (unless otherwise noted) at 6:30 pm in the Parish Hall at the school. Due to the Labor Day holiday, Women With Mission will meet on Monday, September 14, 2026. Women With Mission is open to all ladies of the congregation. In addition to a short business meeting, there is time for Bible study, fellowship, and mission projects that support the school and Springfield community.

Calling all ladies of Trinity, ages 15 and up!  Please join us for our Women's Bible Study hosted by Deaconess Sharp on the third Wednesday at 9:30am and the third Thursday at 6:30pm at the Parish Hall to study Women of the Bible, a deep enriched study on women, their time period, and how they help us in our vocations!  
This study will meet every 3rd Wednesday and Thursday of the month in the Parish Hall if available.

Join us for a video-based study featuring The Lutheran Hour speaker Rev. Ken Klaus on understanding the book of Revelation. We’ll meet the third Saturday of each month in the conference room outside the Parish Hall. Donuts and coffee provided.
